The HCS has grown tremendously in recent years, 

moving from few rented classroom spaces at its start to today's two flourishing-and growing- campuses. With the increased complexities of the school and changing government educational standards, the statutes need to be revisited and amended to reflect these changes and to accommodate growth into the future.
